These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your ("Customer") use of the Creative Playground Education (“we,” “us” or “Company”) website, https://creativeplayground.com.au (the “Site”) on any device.
The Site is provided as a portal for the Customer and the Company. These Terms govern your use of the Site. By using the Site, this constitutes your agreement to follow the Terms.
Terms Modification
The Company may revise the copy of the Terms & Conditions on the Site without prior verbal nor written notice to the Customer. Thus, we highly recommend you to read the Terms every time you visit the Site.

It is within the Company's best interest to ensure that the information presented on the Site is as accurate as possible. However, we also recognise that some of the said information can be incomplete, slightly inaccurate, or out of date. Shipping Condition
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site. We only trust legitimate and established third-party shipping agents to ensure the safe and on-time delivery of your purchased products.
We will not be held responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather and other logistical issues. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you are able to track your parcel’s location through the provided tracking number.
Faulty Product and Change of Mind Returns
We take pride in the products and services we offer. You are always welcome to return the products purchased from the Site.

Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. We only process and finalise your order once payment has been approved by our third-party payment software.
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the quantity of any product and/or refuse any service to any customer if deemed necessary. In the event an order needs to be revised or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or phone number provided at the time the purchase was made.
In some cases, we may verify your order details prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of your order.

Username and password are confidential and should not be shared with anyone including friends and family.
