This Shipping and Returns Policy encompasses both the shipping conditions and the terms for product returns on all the purchases you (the "Customer") made from Creative Playground Education ("we", "us" or "Company") website https://creativeplayground.com.au (the "Site").
Please read and understand this Policy before making any purchase from the Site.
Order Processing and Shipping
Every order takes up to 2 business days to process and package (excluding weekends and holidays) before being sent to the shipping company. After the order has been sent to the shipping company, you will receive a notification with the tracking number.
Shipping Locations
Our items are located across Sydney, NSW. Therefore, we only offer door-to-door delivery. Unfortunately, local pick-up is not available. We offer flat rate shipping domestically within Australia and look forward to expanding our shipping globally in the future.

Returns
Change Of Mind
We take great pride in the products and services we offer. You are always welcome to return the products purchased from us as long as it is within the 30-day period from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date of receipt.
- Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless damaged.
- Item(s) and its packaging must be unopened, not tampered with, no cosmetic damage visible, new, and in a saleable condition.
For Change of Mind returns, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your items. We highly recommend you purchase postage tracking and/or insurance for high-valued items.
Creative Playground Education reserves the right to decline returns after the 30-day period.
Damaged and Incorrect Goods
We have a 10-day Damaged and Incorrect Goods returns policy. If you’ve experienced a fault with your order (damaged or incorrect items), please email us at info@creativeplayground.com.au within 10 days of receiving the item so we can help resolve this for you.
You can help us resolve your enquiry faster by providing us with evidence when emailing us, such as photos showing the defect/fault. Upon assessment, we will advise the subsequent steps to take.
Creative Playground Education reserves the right to decline the claim of Damaged and Incorrect Goods after the 10 day period.
Exchanges
We do not cater for exchanges, trades no barter of any kind. If you wish to change your item, please follow the Change of Mind returns process.
Resolution Options
For a return to be successfully resolved, any of the following must be met:
- For Change of Mind returns, the item is shipped back to Creative Playground Education within 30 days of the date of receipt; and we received the item in its original, untampered state which allows us to resell that item.
- For Damaged and Incorrect Goods returns, we must have acknowledged the damaged or incorrect state of the items prior to your return; and we received the items in its original state as when you first received them which allows us to process the returned item as necessary.
If the return is successfully processed, you will be able to choose one of two resolutions:
- Credit: We will give you credit equal to the purchase price of the item which can then be used on our Site for another purchase.
- Refund: We will refund the purchase price of the item.
Although you are free to choose the preferred compensation, we reserve the right to change the list of available compensation options depending on the items returned, customer location, banking options, or other reasons which may cause inconvenience for you or for Creative Playground Education.
For Change of Mind returns, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend you purchase postage tracking and/or insurance for high value items.
Creative Playground Education reserves the right to decline the claim of Damaged and Incorrect Goods after the 10 day period.
How to Return a Purchased Item
Creative Playground Education has made sure that returning purchase items is hassle free and easy.
1. Email
Email a return request with the following details to info@creativeplayground.com.au
- Order number
- The product you are returning
- Quantity you are returning
- The reason for the return
- Resolution option (credit / refund)
- Photos of the product if damaged or incorrect
2. Approve
We will process and approve your return request. You have 10 days from the date of receipt to contact us about a damaged/incorrect item. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to post back your change of mind item.
In case of a damaged item, we will cover shipping fees by providing you with a printable shipping label or reimbursement of any shipping costs.
For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for the cost of postage to ship the items back to us. We recommend you purchase postage tracking and/or insurance. This will document parcel location and speed up the returns process when matching your order.
3. Post
Repackage the item in the original box and packaging, and post the item back.
What Happens Next
We’ll send you an email as soon as we have received your return. Each returned item will be inspected upon arrival.
If the condition of the returned item is inappropriate (e.g. the product has been tampered with, tags have been removed, the product has signs of use, original packaging not been returned) and we are unable to resell the item, we will not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.
If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, your compensation will be processed within 3 days of us receiving your returned item.
- If you have chosen a monetary refund, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- If you have chosen a credit, the amount will be credited to your customer account.
